Glass Act Theatre

Our Story

Glass Act Theatre is dedicated to providing children with a safe and nurturing environment in which they can develop key skills through creative learning.

Originally started as Queensferry Drama Club in 2021, I set up the business in order to provide a space where children can explore all the creative elements of Drama and Theatre. I run my theatre company slightly differently to others that you might have come across - I run a child-led programme and create lessons (and shows!) that are tailored to the children's aims, needs and wants. This allows every child to reach their full potential within my classes and to demonstrate their own range of skills at showtimes - there really are no small parts! I also faciliate opportunities for children to learn about all aspects of theatre, from costume design to character development.

In 2023 I opened classes in Winchburgh, West Lothian and in 2024 I opened classes in Linlithgow, West Lothian. I hope to continue to provide high quality Drama classes to these communities.
